The Green Church Program is a ministry which aims to empower faith communities in adopting environmentally aware practices through action and awareness, as well as sharing a Christian spirituality closer to nature.

Our program, which started in 2006, helps faith communities in Canada that take care of creation thanks to prayers, words and actions.  From Eco-fairs to energy audits for their religious building to prayers services for the earth, you will be impressed by the projects that these churches have undertaken. There are the Green Parishes, Green Community Ministries, Green Monasteries and Green Seminaries.
